solidary a. 连带的 大陆法术语，意指所说的权利或利益是共有的或共同的。其在普通法中的对应词为「joint and several」。连带债务〔solidary obligation〕在普通法中即写作joint and several obligation，即：多个债务人中的任一债务人均有义务清偿全部债务，而不是按比例分别承担。但是，在大陆法中，这一术语也包含连带债权，即：在有多个债权人时，每一债权人均有权接受全部清偿，并出具偿债证书。
